We can announce we have received details of the overseas availability of match day tickets at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the 2024/25 season. The process of booking requires KiwiSpurs to adhere to the Official Supporters' Club (OSC) rules. We are not a Ticketek or TicketMaster (!) but can assist in applying for home match day tickets if you are visiting London and want to see the Mighty Spurs.

As an officially recognised fan club, New Zealand Spurs (KiwiSpurs Premium Members) can apply to procure tickets for all home EPL games (Note we cannot get tickets for away games, so please don't ask.... and there is no news yet on if, or when Cup - including Europa Cup games, might be accessible) at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Our exclusive Official Supporters' Club status for EPL games has been renewed for the season.  Hamish is keeping tabs on things - but unless notified differently on our Facebook page we can assume our narrative below stands:

The rest of the season's games and final application dates for match tickets will be outlined as we receive them and on our Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/SPURSNZ/

TICKET APPLICATION RULES/PROCESS

Firstly, at least one member of your party must be a Premium Member of KiwiSpurs - the official New Zealand Supporters Club. Details are here https://www.kiwispurs.com/membership (as at July 19 these are forthcoming)

Secondly, each applicant has to be a One Hotspur Member (details available on the club site - it costs approx. 45 pounds to join). Link here https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/.../membership/one-hotspur/ . This is not negotiable.

A One Hotspur Membership means you can apply for one ticket per person per match. If there are two tickets required for a game you will need two One Hotspur memberships etc.

Location of seats in the stadium is now limited to the North Stand Lower, Mid or Upper sections. Please don't ask for or expect other locations.

If you want to apply for a ticket(s) for any of these games: email hamish@thfc.co.nz before 8pm on the application closing date (noting the above) with your One Hotspur Membership number(s) (known as CRNs), match required, and location preference (i.e. North Stand Mid, Upper or Lower). These are the only seating options available to us.

Once match day application dates has elapsed there is no way the OSC can apply for tickets - so best be organised.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER IS CORRECT AS IF INACCURATELY SENT THROUGH THEN THE APPLICATION IS REJECTED AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT CAN BE DONE.

There are no details of seat prices yet, however, please denote if a Junior, Adult or Senior so any applicable concession prices can be applied.

Tickets are distributed, accessed and only available via the One Hotspur mobile phone app. There are no paper tickets or tickets loaded onto membership cards. Details here https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/.../atte.../digital-ticket/

IMPORTANT: We the OSC, submit your request for tickets - we cannot guarantee you will be successful with every match day game or no. of tickets.

Once you are advised your application is successful you need to access the following link: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/ , log in with your CRN and password and the allotted tickets will be available for payment. These remain available for payment and a final date will advised Payment is made to THFC  not the KiwiSpurs OSC  and is a transaction between you and the Club not the OSC. If a match day date is missed there is nothing more KiwiSpurs can do. When paid for, tickets will appear against your account (in the One Hotspur app) for stadium access. Tickets can be downloaded into the mobile One Hotspur app wallet - and works like other ticketing systems.

NOTE: The chances of getting tickets have diminished from previous seasons. Toward the end of the 2023/24 season tickets were rationed - and the KiwiSpurs OSC were oversubscribed for some games. The Club has advised that Category A games and fixtures towards the end of the season may have available tickets further restricted number-wise. Ticket demand already is at a high rate this coming season.

This is hard when we Supporters book flights in advance (because we have to to secure pricing and availability etc.) but the OSC can't guarantee to be able to book all games for all supporters. The Club have been very clear this season not to book travel based specifically around games you want to attend, before tickets are allocated - which is not helpful for us in NZ in the least!

We've laid out the process in as much detail as we can and as the OSC we have to abide with it. We are generally successful with applications - but we're just saying we can only do so much to help with your dream of watching the Mighty Spurs play in London.

The process is complex and if you have other options of getting tickets e.g. Club website or the One Hotspur Ticket Exchange, please look at those options as well. Also the long lead time for applications does not make it easy for any trips organised last minute.
